My name is Kelly Bennett-Aurdahl and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Reiki Master Healer.
I am educated, humanistic, empathic, intuitive, open-minded, a mother, an energy healer, and an excellent listener. I am one person that has only your best interest at heart.
I combine traditional modalities with non-traditional approaches. This means that sometimes talk therapy is suggested, other times a change in diet is suggested, other times non-traditional approaches such as energy work, culturally based therapies, or relaxation and stress release therapies is suggested.
My guiding philosophy comes from the ancient Chinese Proverb: “Give a person a fish, feed them for a day.Teach a person to fish, feed them for a lifetime.”
